Actos. Las decisiones de contenido general adoptadas por el Consejo Regional Administrativo de Planeación, se denominan Acuerdos Regionales. Las de contenido particular se denominan Resolución Regional. Estos actos se suscribirán por el presidente y el Secretario Técnico del Consejo Regional Administrativo de Planeación.

Las decisiones de contenido general y particular adoptadas por el Gerente Regional o quien haga sus veces se denominarán resoluciones.
