Adopción de formularios. La Superintendencia Bancaria deberá adoptar con carácter general el contenido de los formularios de que trata este capítulo.

Parágrafo transitorio

Las entidades administradoras de riesgos profesionales podrán emplear transitoriamente los formularios diseñados por ellas, siempre que contengan, como mínimo, la información determinada en los artículos anteriores, y hasta tanto la Superintendencia Bancaria adopte.
