La retención en la fuente aplicable a los ingresos originados en una relación laboral, o legal y reglamentaria, será la que resulte de aplicar las tablas de retención contenidas en el artículo 1° del Decreto 3141 de 1984 a los ingresos brutos gravables del trabajador provenientes de dicha relación laboral, o legal y reglamentaria.
