° El representante de las Organizaciones Sindicales de la Empresa Ferrocarriles Nacionales de Colombia en liquidación de que trata el literal e) del artículo 13 del Decreto-ley 1586 de julio de 1989, será designado para un período de dos (2) años y su elección se llevará a cabo de conformidad con lo dispuesto en este Decreto.
