Las devoluciones a que se refiere el artículo 2º del Decreto 1469 de 1994, correspondientes a los pagos en exceso realizados por los empleadores al ISS, podrán efectuarse mediante descuento de los pagos que deben realizar en el mes de agosto de 1994, en las mismas condiciones autorizadas en dicho artículo.
