º El SENA reconocerá y pagará a sus empleados públicos de tiempo completo un subsidio de alimentación en cuantía equivalente a dos mil cuarenta pesos ($ 2.040.00), mensuales, con excepción de quienes devenguen gastos de representación. No se tendrá derecho a este subsidio cuando el funcionario se encuentre en disfrute de vacaciones o en uso de licencia superior a quince (15) días.
