Vigencia y derogatorias. El presente decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación, sin perjuicio del régimen de transición previsto en el artículo 11 del presente decreto, modifica los artículos 2.31.1.2.1, 2.31.1.2.2, 2.31.1.2.3, 2.31.1.2.4, 2.31.1.2.6, 2.31.1.2.9, adiciona el artículo 2.31.1.2.12 y deroga el literal e) de la categoría II del artículo 2.31.1.2.9 del Decreto número 2555 de 2010.
