º . De la transferencia realizada por una colectividad, comunidad o un tercero público o privado. Para los fines contemplados en el literal e) del artículo 3º de la Ley 901 de 2004, cuando se traslade el dominio a título gratuito, se entenderá como donación en la forma prevista en la normatividad vigente. Si entre los otorgantes se encuentra un tercero público, la transferencia del dominio respecto de este se considerará a título de cesión.
