ARTICULO 4 º. Los cargos del nivel Directivo-Asesor, Grados 19 y 20, tendrán derecho a percibir una prima de alta gestión equivalente al veinte por ciento (20%) de la asignación básica mensual. Las primas de que tratan los artículos 3º y 4º de este Decreto no constituyen factor salarial para ningún efecto legal.
