Cuando lo aconsejen los intereses o volúmenes de operaciones de las cooperativas o la eficacia y técnicas de las mismas, las Asambleas Generales elegirán, a costa de la respectiva cooperativa y para periodos de un año, un Auditor permanente con su suplente, que también hará parte de la Junta de Vigilancia, con voz y voto.
