De la manera de hacer efectivas las sentencias . Las sentencias que se profieren a favor de contratistas o de terceros y en contra de funcionarios o exfuncionarios, se harán efectivas ante la justicia ordinaria. Por jurisdicción coactiva se cobrarán las que se dicten a favor de las entidades contratantes y ante dicha jurisdicción se demandará la repetición de lo que las mismas hubieren pagado habiendo debido hacerlo funcionarios o exfuncionarios. La Procuraduría General de la Nación velará por el cumplimiento de la presente disposición.
