I. Si, al término de una verificación realizada bajo el artículo 76F la información para sustentar una solicitud de tratamiento arancelario preferencial es insuficiente, la DIAN podrá tomar las acciones que considere apropiadas, lo que podrá incluir denegar la aplicación de dicho tratamiento a cualquier mercancía textil o del vestido descrita en los literales a) y b) del artículo 76H anterior.
