º . Los empleados de carrera administrativa a quienes se les suprima el cargo en virtud de lo dispuesto en el artículo 1º del presente decreto, tendrán derecho a optar por la reincorporación a empleo equivalente, o a optar por la indemnización de conformidad con lo consagrado en el artículo 44 de la Ley 909 de 2004 y los artículos 87 y 90 del Decreto 1227 del 2005.
