El numeral segundo del literal C del artículo 221 de la Ley 100 de 1993 quedará así:
A partir de 1997 podrá llegar a ser igual a medio punto de la cotización del régimen contributivo.
A partir de 1998 no podrá ser inferior a un cuarto de punto de la cotización del régimen contributivo.
