º La autoridad nominadora procederá conforme a las disposiciones legales vigentes, a designar el personal que deba ocupar los cargos que se establecen en el presente Decreto. Para efectos de la incorporación se tendrá en cuenta lo dispuesto en el artículo 81 del Decreto extraordinario 1042 de 1978.
