Art. 1.° Concédese indulto a Jorje Sánchez, por el delito de homicidio que, siendo militar en servicio activo en la guerra de mil ochocientos setenta i seis i mil ochocientos setenta i siete, perpetró en la pesona de Cándido Moreno.

Parágrafo

Dicho indulto no comprende la acción civil a que haya lugar.
