Del Secretario General

º Del secretario general . Corresponde al Secretario General desarrollar las siguientes funciones

a)

Dirigir, coordinar y controlar las actividades de la Secretaría;

b)

Refrendar con su firma los actos del Contralor General de la República y los del Contralor Auxiliar, cuando fuere el caso;

c)

Expedir y autenticar copias y certificaciones de acuerdo a los reglamentos;

d)

Representar al Contralor General de la República en las actividades oficiales que éste determine;

e)

Informar al Contralor General de la República sobre el trámite de los asuntos de su competencia;

f)

Ejercer las funciones que el Contralor General de la República le delegue o asigne.
