Artículo decimonoveno. Antes de incluir en una norma oficial cualquier especificación técnica referente a pruebas o ensayos químicos, ésta deberá ser previamente verificada y aprobada por un químico y respaldada por su firma y número de matrícula profesional.

Parágrafo

El Consejo Profesional de Química, será organismo asesor de la entidad del gobierno responsabilizada de oficializar una norma técnica referente a pruebas o ensayos químicos, relacionados con las áreas previstas en el artículo 2º de la Ley 53 de 1975.
