º. Obtención de permisos, concesiones o autorizaciones. La presentación del Plan de Manejo Ambiental no exime de la obligación de solicitar y obtener de las autoridades ambientales competentes los correspondientes permisos, concesiones y autorizaciones para el uso o aprovechamiento de recursos naturales renovables.

Parágrafo

Los permisos, concesiones o autorizaciones de que trata el presente artículo se podrán obtener en cualquier momento, pero serán requisito previo para el uso o aprovechamiento de los recursos naturales renovables.
