Durante la jornada electoral del 28 de octubre de 2007, los ciudadanos no podrán usar, dentro del puesto de votación, teléfonos celulares, cámaras fotográficas o de video entre las 8 a. m. y las 4 p. m. Podrán hacer uso de tales aparatos los comunicadores acreditados ante la Registraduría General de la Nación por el respectivo medio de comunicación.
