Artículo séptimo . Las universidades legalmente reconocidas por el Gobierno Nacional que hubiesen desarrollado o estén desarrollando programas conducentes a títulos de magíster, deberán ajustarlo s, para los nuevos alumnos que inicien en el futuro dichos programas, a las normas del presente Decreto.

Parágrafo

Los títulos de magíster que hayan sido expedidos antes de la vigencia del presente Decreto, por universidades legalmente reconocidas por el Gobierno, serán válidos. Para la validez de ulteriores títulos se requiere la aprobación previa del Ministerio de Educación
