Peligro inminente. Para efectos de la causal del literal c) del artículo 109 de la Ley 1530 de 2012, el peligro inminente se entenderá como el inicio de la ejecución de acciones u omisiones que generen una amenaza cierta y cercana de destinar o invertir los recursos del Sistema General de Regalías (SGR) en gastos diferentes a los establecidos en la ley o el proyecto aprobado por el respectivo órgano colegiado de administración y decisión (OCAD), o la inexistencia de requisitos legales. Lo anterior, sin perjuicio de lo dispuesto en el artículo 127 de la Ley 1530 de 2012.
