Parágrafo

del artículo 14 el siguiente inciso: Los miembros de las juntas no tienen por este solo hecho el carácter de funcionarios públicos. Están sometidos al régimen de incompatibilidades e inhabilidades previsto para los miembros de las juntas y consejos directivos de los establecimientos públicos del orden nacional y les son aplicables las normas sobre impedimentos y recusaciones que rigen para los magistrados de los tribunales superiores de Distrito Judicial.
