amends decreto 663/93

El artículo 255 del Estatuto Orgánico del Sistema Financiero, quedará así:

Artículo 255. Actividades Transitorias . El Instituto de Fomento Industrial S.A. (IFI), continuará desarrollando, con carácter transitorio y hasta su culminación, aquellas actividades distintas de las previstas en esta ley, que ha venido cumpliendo por determinación legal, tales como el mantenimiento y realización de operaciones que impliquen riesgos directos para su patrimonio, siempre y cuando las mismas impliquen derechos adquiridos o consolidados en cabeza de terceros que puedan hacerse exigibles al Instituto.
