Exención de impuestos. Por tratarse de una persona jurídica de Derecho Público, el Fondo gozará de las exenciones fiscales consagradas en favor de entidades de dicha naturaleza. Asimismo, estarán exentos de toda clase de impuestos, los instrumentos o documentos en que sea parte el Fondo.
