Article 22

La Estructura Interne Del Instituto Será Determinada Por La Junta Directiva De Acuerdo Con Las Disposiciones Vigentes Y Se Ajustará A La Siguiente Nomenclatura: A) Las Unidades, Del Nivel Directivos Se Denominarán Subdirecciones O Secretarías; B) Las Unidades Que Cumplen Funciones De Asesoría O Coordinación Se Denominarán Oficina O Comités, Y Consejos, Cuando Incluyan Personas Ajenas A La Entidad; C) Las Unidades Operativas, Incluyendo Las Que Atienden Funciones Administrativas Internas, Se Denominarán Divisiones, Secciones Y Grupos; D) Las Unidades Que Se Creen Para El Estudio O Decisión De Asuntos Especiales Se Denominarán Comisiones O Juntas

La estructura interne del Instituto será determinada por la Junta Directiva de acuerdo con las disposiciones vigentes y se ajustará a la siguiente nomenclatura

a)

Las unidades, del nivel directivos se denominarán Subdirecciones o Secretarías;

b)

Las unidades que cumplen funciones de asesoría o coordinación se denominarán oficina o comités, y consejos, cuando incluyan personas ajenas a la entidad;

c)

Las unidades operativas, incluyendo las que atienden funciones administrativas internas, se denominarán Divisiones, Secciones y grupos;

d)

Las unidades que se creen para el estudio o decisión de asuntos especiales se denominarán comisiones o juntas. CAPITULO QUINTO Personal.
