Objeto. El presente capítulo tiene por objeto establecer el procedimiento de acreditación de las características o condiciones para la exclusión del pago de los correspondientes aportes al Régimen del Subsidio Familiar, Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje, (SENA), e Instituto Colombiano de Bienestar Familiar, ICBF, por parte de los empleadores, de conformidad con el artículo 13 de la Ley 789 de 2002.
