Decreto 180 de 1988 · Por el cual se complementa algunas normas del Código Penal y se dictan otras disposiciones conducentes al restablecimiento del orden público

LESIONES PERSONAS CON FINES TERRORISTAS. El que con fines terroristas cause daño físico o mental a alguna de las personas mencionadas en el artículo 28 del presente Decreto, incurrirá en las siguientes penas

Si el hecho produjo incapacidad para trabajar o enfermedad que no pase de treinta (30) días, la pena será de dos (2) a cuatro (4) años de prisión y multa de cinco (5) a veinte (20) salarios mínimos mensuales;

Si la incapacidad o la enfermedad pasare de treinta (30) días, sin exceder de noventa (90) días, la pena se aumentará hasta en una tercera parte;

Si la incapacidad o enfermedad excediere de noventa (90) días, la pena se aumentará en dos terceras partes.
