Si el demandado pide que el opositor preste caución de responder por el valor de los perjuicios que le cause la oposición, el Juez debe decretarlo así; fijando la cuantía de aquélla, y sí no se presta dentro de los diez días siguientes, se entiende que el demandado desiste.
