Artículo once. El Plan de Promoción de Colombia en el exterior estará financiado por

1.

Las partidas que se le asignen dentro del Presupuesto Nacional y dentro de los presupuestos de las entidades vinculadas al Plan.

2.

Los aportes y donaciones de las personas de derecho privado.

3.

Los recursos financieros que para tal fin debe aportar el Fondo Rotatorio del Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores, de acuerdo con el Decreto 198 de 1983 y demás disposiciones legales.

4.

Los demás recursos que se le asignen.
