Una vez elegido el representante principal de los funcionarios aduaneros y su suplente, el Subdirector General procederá a comunicar dicha designación, y los funcionarios electos podrán actuar como tales a partir de la fecha de la misma. Se informará igualmente de todo el trámite al Departamento Administrativo del Servicio Civil.
