Articuló quince. La Oficina de Control de Cambios, Importaciones y Exportaciones, suspenderá hasta por el término dé dos años el otorgamiento de licencias de importación a los comerciantes o industriales que infrinjan la norma contenida en el artículo 13. Para la aplicación de la presente sanción bastará el informe que sobre el particular suministre la Oficina de Control de Precios.
