El precio de adquisición de estas mejoras se determinará mediante avalúo comercial corporativo. En caso de que el ocupante irregular no esté de acuerdo con el avalúo, la entidad encargada del proyecto de infraestructura procederá a solicitar a la autoridad policiva del lugar el desalojo del bien y el valor de las mejoras será puesto a disposición del desalojado, mediante pago por consignación a favor del mejoratario.”
