Para el cumplimiento del artículo anterior vótase la suma de treinta mil pesos ($30.000.00), que se incluirá en el presupuesto de la próxima vigencia y en caso de no ser incluida dicha partida, se autoriza al Gobierno Nacional para que haga los traslados necesarios a fin de dar estricto cumplimiento a lo ordenado en el artículo anterior.
