Los estériles y colas deberán ser dispuestos en forma apropiada en botaderos previamente seleccionados, principalmente para lograr la estabilidad de los llenos generados por los materiales, teniendo en cuenta la dirección del viento, de tal manera que la acción de éste no ocasione arrastre y dispersión de polvo hacia la comunidad vecina.
