El investigador tendrá un término de treinta (30) días para perfeccionar la investigación, vencido el cual decidirá, dentro de los tres (3) días siguientes, si hay lugar o no a la formulación de cargos. Si el investigador fuere un comisionado, una vez perfeccionada la investigación pasará las diligencias al comitente, con informe evaluativo, para que resuelva sobre formulación de cargos.
