Art. 1.° Se declaran comprendidas en las disposiciones del inciso 1. ° del artículo único del decreto número 1,103 da 29 de Diciembre último, y sujetas, por tanto, al gravamen de un centavo por derechos de importación de cada kilogramo, todas las mercaderías que hasta aquella fecha estaban exceptuadas del impuesto, por disposiciones diferentes de las do la tarifa publicada en el número 4,776 del Diario Oficial , á que se refiere el mismo inciso.
