SERVICIO EXTERIOR. - A través del Servicio Exterior, el Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores y las Misiones Diplomáticas y Consulares desarrollan en forma sistemática y coordinada todas las actividades relativas a la ejecución de la política exterior de Colombia, la representación de los intereses del estado colombiano y la protección y asistencia a sus nacionales en el exterior.
