Son inembargables, en la medida que el Gobierno los considere necesario cuando se trate de campañas de sanidad vegetal, los créditos provenientes de ventas o compromisos de veta de frutos destinados a la exportación o productos agrícolas de primera necesidad, cuando tales créditos se originan en contratos que tengan por objeto , además de la venta de los frutos o productos, el combate o represión por cuenta del productor y con autorización del Gobierno, de plagas o enfermedades de los cultivos.
