- ORGANIZACION ADMINISTRATIVA. Las Juntas Administradoras Locales no podrán crear organización administrativa alguna, pero el Alcalde municipal podrá colocar bajo la dirección de los corregidores según el caso, a funcionarios municipales, quienes cumplirán las funciones que les asignen las autoridades municipales y las que se deriven de la actividad de las Juntas Administradoras Locales (Ley 136 de 1994, art. 133).
