Al que arroje cualquier objeto capaz de producir daño, o dispare armas de fuego contra vehículos en los que se hallen personas, se le impondrá pena de prisión de dos a cinco años.

Cuando el hecho se cometa contra vehículos destinados al transporte público, la pena se aumentará en la mitad.
