PRECIO NORMAL DE MERCANCIAS OBJETO DE LEGALIZACION. El precio normal de las mercancías que sean objeto de declaración de legalización, será el precio corriente de mercado en el territorio nacional para mercancías extranjeras idénticas o similares a las que se declaran, deduciendo el valor de los impuestos y demás elementos extraños al precio normal que implícitamente se encuentran comprendidos en dicho precio de mercado.
