El empleado que se encuentre en período de prueba tiene derecho a permanecer en el cargo por el término de este, a menos que incurra en falta disciplinaria o causa legal que ocasione su retiro. Durante este período no se le podrá efectuar ningún movimiento dentro de la planta de personal que implique el ejercicio de funciones distintas a las indicadas en la convocatoria que sirvió de base para su nombramiento o ascenso.
