Afiliados a la entidad objeto de adaptación. Las personas que se encuentran afiliadas a una entidad objeto de adaptación podrán realizar su afiliación a una Entidad Promotora de Salud en cualquier tiempo. Los afiliados de las entidades que se adapten que decidan trasladarse a una Entidad Promotora de Salud, una vez afiliados a esta última no podrán ser reafiliados en ningún caso a la entidad objeto de adaptación.
