En las elecciones para corporaciones públicas, que deberán hacerse el tercer domingo de marzo de 1960, de conformidad con la ley, los ciudadanos que no tengan cédula de ciudadanía laminada podrán votar previa su identificación y registro ante los Registradores Municipales del Estado Civil o sus delegados. Hecha la inscripción, se le expedirá al interesado una tarjeta en la cual conste el número que le corresponde en el censo, y su nombre y apellidos.
