Facultades del titular de la acción civil en el proceso penal. El titular de Ia acción ci vil no es parte en el proceso penal. Podrá proporcionar al Fiscal General o a sus Agentes, en el respectivo proceso, por si o por medio de abogado inscrito, las pruebas que conduzcan a demostrar la existencia del hecho punible, la responsabilidad del procesado, la naturaleza y cuantía de los per juicios, para que las utilice en el desempeño de sus funciones. Así m ismo, podrá suministrar informes sobre los bienes del directamente obligado a la reparación de los perjuicios.
