Personal de la Comisión. De conformidad con el artículo 12 de la Ley 141 de 1994, la Comisión contará a partir de 1995, con el personal profesional, técnico y administrativo, necesario para el cumplimiento de sus funciones. La calidad de los empleados de la Comisión se determinará con fundamento a la Ley 27 de 1992 y las normas que lo reglamente, modifiquen y/o adicionen.
