Los notarios que violaren lo dispuesto en el artículo anterior, serán sancionados por la Superintendencia de Notariado y Registro con base en la información que le suministre la Dirección de Impuestos Nacionales con multa equivalente al 5% del valor mínimo que debería figurar en la correspondiente escritura.
