Cuando el Intendente objetare el acuerdo, el Presidente del Consejo instará para que aquél, con todos sus antecedentes, sea enviado al Ministerio de Gobierno, para que éste decida sobre el particular, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en los artículos 2°
