Los cupos previstos en los artículos 6°, 7° y 8.° del presente Decreto se reajustarán anualmente por la Dirección General de Aduanas con base en el incremento del índice de precios al consumidor que certifique el Departamento Administrativo Nacional de Estadística (DANE) para el período comprendido entre el 1° de octubre del año anterior al que será objeto de reajuste y la misma fecha del año inmediatamente anterior a éste.
